Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • In resalable condition

Fragrances that have been opened, used, or tested are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item returned beyond 30 days

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • A store credit will be issued upon return approval

If not marked as a gift:

  • Refund will be issued to the original purchaser

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Zaharoff is not responsible for lost return shipments

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns over $75.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties or taxes:

  • All return shipping costs, duties, and fees will be deducted from any refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
