ZAHAROFF RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Zaharoff, we stand behind the craftsmanship and artistry of every product we create. While the world of fragrance is deeply personal and subjective, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something does not work for you, we are here to help within the guidelines below.
RETURNS — 30 DAYS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, in same condition, and include proof of purchase.
Do not send anything back without authorization. Email socialmedia@zaharoff.com.
LIMITED EDITIONS & SPECIAL RELEASES
All limited editions, numbered bottles, ZedCreator releases, sample packs, and special collaborations are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial. If approved, refund is issued to original payment method.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Check bank account, contact card company, contact your bank. If still unresolved, email
socialmedia@zaharoff.com.
SALE ITEMS
Sale and discounted items are final sale.
EXCHANGES
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. Email socialmedia@zaharoff.com. Ship to:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Customs duties/taxes are nonrefundable. If seized or returned by customs, no refund can be issued. If damage occurs, contact us immediately with photos.
If the recipient is a no-show for a pickup request and is destroyed by customs in their respective country, no refund will be given. If the item is returned back to Zaharoff due to a no-show for whatever reason, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping (not the cost of the discounted rate offered when purchased).
SHIPPING RETURNS (U.S. ONLY)
Ship authorized returns to the address above. Customer pays return shipping. Costs are
nonrefundable. For items over $75, use traceable shipping or insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.
